MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Raw Materials: Our partner produces their own extracts from herbs collected from the
wild or their own GAP plantations (Good Agricultural Practice of Medicinal plants).
Many of our herbs are now Certified Organic by the NOP and Ecocert. We don't
gather already processed and warehoused herbal extracts from a trading or supplier
(middleman) company. This ensures we get the freshest, highest quality herbal extracts
without worrying about how long they have been sitting in storage, the warehousing
conditions, or how many hands the extracts have been passed along through. Collected
herbs and processed extracts are all tested and analysed for active ingredients, pesticide
residues, and heavy metals.
GAP/Good Agricultural Practices: A good herbal product must start with the best raw
herbs. GAP regulates a whole set of controls at every stage of herb development from
the ecological environment, germ plasm and breeding, to the culturing, raising,
harvesting, collection, packaging, transporting, and quantitative administration. Sulfur
free and pesticide free are among the very basic of rules included in the GAP standard.
You can use the greatest technology in the world for processing herbs into concentrated
extracts, but if you start with inferior raw materials, you will get an inferior final
product. We only accept the best.
GMP Certified: Good Manufacturing Practice is a system for ensuring that products
are safely and consistently produced and controlled according to the highest quality of
standards. It is a pharmaceutical grade standard. The facility used to make our products
is Internationally GMP Certified. They meet European Standards and have higher
standards than the U.S. FDA for harmful residues.
